We are a family run business, established over 20 years. We are local plumbers based in Basingstoke, working throughout Hampshire and the surrounding towns and villages. We offer a friendly, informative, and professional plumbing service whilst remaining reliable to you, our customer.
We have expert knowledge and a wealth of experience of all matters both plumbing and heating. As a company we are committed to keeping abreast of new products, design trends and installation methods. Our staff regularly attend training seminars run by the manufacturers to assist with this.
So whether you are looking for general plumbing services, gas services, bathroom design and installation, showers, boilers, central heating, hot water cylinders, power flushing or even a leaky tap we can help.
We strive to offer competitive prices to suit all budgets and offer a free estimates service with no obligation. Our hours of business are Monday to Friday 8am – 6.00pm, Saturday by appointment.
The Company is Gas Safe Registered. This qualifies us to undertake all domestic gas work. We are fully insured with £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance. We are also on Checkatrade.

But this customer wanted to swap their shower for a bath in their main upstairs bathroom
For us, that means doing some plumbing (shock) and changing out the shower pipes for bath ones
Shower pipe work is smaller than bath pipes, because they have a pump to help with the flow of water
Anyway, enough with the plumbing education

…I guess the daily 6am gym sessions paid off!

His total time was 2 hours 34 minutes

Both the boys have been working with us for over a year whilst studying to get their plumbing and gas qualifications from @newburycollege
We’ve been taking on apprentices for well over 20 years and we’ve found the best way to get them up to speed is 👉 hands on learning
Adam rides around with Ross and Archie can usually be found with Ollie during the working day
We like to give them plenty of experience in all the areas we work in

It’s annoying having water leaking into a different room isn’t it?
That’s what this customer had, a leak going into the hallway 🫣
We figured out the leak was coming from underneath the shower tray
Sometimes you can just replace the shower tray, other times you might need to replace more bits
This customer only needed a shower tray replacement, but decided her shower needed a revamp anyway
So here’s what we did for her:
✅ Removed the shower cubicle
✅ Installed a new shower tray
✅ Installed new panels
✅ New shower
✅ New doors
✅ Retiled the floor
Now that’s what we call productive!
If you have even a hint of a leaking shower tray, we recommend getting it looked at ASAP if you don’t want to pay out for an entire shower replacement
